EIU is the unit I use to measure hours. What your piece comes to in EIU can only be worked out after I've seen photos of the actual models — send them over and I'll walk you through it.
Within one unit, the character and the rank-and-file never deserve the same hours. And the same model is painted differently for the table than for a cabinet. Split it into tiers and one side always gets shortchanged.
So I like to look at photos before saying anything: what you want it to look like, how awkward the kits are, whether a scheme has to be matched. Scope falls out of that conversation.
It does mean I cannot quote at a glance — it takes a few more messages. In return you never pay for steps you did not need, and never get something rushed because you picked the cheap option.
Assembly / magnetising / custom basing are optional add-ons, quoted separately.
How is EIU worked out?
The base rate covers the painting hours themselves. Assembly, basing and return shipping depend on the job — send photos and I'll lay it all out in one go.
Do you take international commissions? How do I ship?
Usually, yes. Any tracked courier to Chengdu works, and for valuable models insurance is worth adding. Message me before you pack and I'll share the packing method that has held up in transit.
Can a large army be delivered in batches?
Yes, and for big orders I'd recommend it. After each batch I send photos for you to check, and only move on once you're happy.
Can you match a specific or official scheme?
Of course. Send reference or official images and we'll settle the colours together — a straight copy of the box art is fine too.
